The Kids Program runs during workshop periods…

10:15am - 12:30pm

2:45pm - 5:00pm

The children's Zone will not be staffed the entire Gathering, it will only have adults there during the workshop periods, which is 4 hours out of the whole day. There will be crafts and drawing supplies for children / parents who want to come and be in the children's Zone when there is not a designated staff.

Vendor Information

7:00–9:00 AM — Booth set-up and vehicle access for unloading. After 9:00 am, all materials must be transported by cart.

After 7:00 PM — Vehicle access resumes for loading following the Closing Circle.
